Grilled Stingray With Sambal Paste


In my opinion, grill is by far the best method to cook a stingray. A hit among Malaysian people, mid size stingrays are grill with spicy hot paste (commonly known as sambal) on a banana leaf.

Unfortunately for us, we couldn't find a banana leaf so I wrapped it with aluminium foil instead but definitely I'll be well prepared next time.
