For many, Sunday is a day to relax. As for me and my wife, Sunday is a good day to try out new recipe. We found this healthy and yet interesting recipe from a website just few days ago and decided to give a try. Instead of butter, this recipe uses lots of yogurt and vegetable oil.

Made this the other day with some tangerine zest and a little pomegranate molasses. The molasses kinda gave it an off color, but it tasted great!

As for recipe that uses yogurt without eggs, I 'm sorry I don't have any of such recipe yet but I do have a recipe for that Moist Chocolate Cake that doesn't need butter and eggs. Let me know if you are interested.
