Chocolate Coffee Fudge Cake
My wife stumbled upon another fabulous cake recipe which doesn't require creaming of butter. Just like us, its a "must try" recipe for those who loves the mild bitterness of dark chocolate and the strong aroma of black coffee.
We made some adjustments to the original recipe and added one key ingredient to ensure that the cake turns out moist and not too firm or dry which normally would for those recipe with cocoa powder. We did add a tablespoon of butter into the coffee fudge for that glossy look.
