Beef Balls Koay Teow Soup


Koay teow as what commonly known in Asia countries is actually flat rice noodle. Usually fry or cook in soup, they are a favorite alternative staple food beside white rice and noodle.

Obviously for health reason, we prefer to have it in soup. Instead of the usual fish balls, we decided to try it with beef balls and we were not disappointed. As for the soup, we added miso paste into anchovy broth.
