Banana and chocolate are like close buddies. I always wanted to have them both in my cake recipe. So today, I decided to incorporate these two wonderful ingredients into a plain cupcake recipe. Besides mashed banana in the batter, we also filled the center of each cupcakes with a chunky piece of banana and chocolate.
Great for tea-break or even supper (in our case), these mini cupcakes are really best when hot.
