This dark chocolate cake contains no eggs or butter which is suitable for vegans. The secret ingredient which helped this cake to raise and moist is lemon juice. Ooops...

Anyway, baked by our chef Mr H.

Ginger Ale Roasted Pork Loin

This main course is great for those who particularly loves ginger. Served with sweet potatoes and yellow onions to balance off that strong ginger flavour.

Papaya With A Hint Of Calamansi Lime Juice

Many years back, my wife suggested that I squeeze the juice from calamansi lime on papaya. I have no clue where she get this idea but since then I knew that I will never eat papaya without calamansi lime juice again.

You have got to try it yourself.
